Carolina Metal Summer Sampler 2011
 FREE DOWNLOAD!

This compilation disk was organized with the goal of showcasing local metal talent in the Carolinas. A Mass Networking Effort of Local Carolina Metal Bands. All of the bands featured have agreed to make copies and hand them out free at their shows. By doing so, this will become one of the most circulated underground unsigned compilations ever in the history of NC/SC local music.
Bands
Talk to your local hot topic and tattoo / "head" shops. Many of these places will let you leave a stack of cds for their customers. The more copies made and handed out at shows = more success and life that will be pumped back into the local live metal scene. Make as many copies as you can / re-make them when you get more funds later! If you submitted a track and are not on volume 1, please be patient volume 2 is in the works. When Volume 2 is Released, bands please promote both cds / make copies of both to hand out. It was very important to get volume 1 out asap.
 Thanks for understanding \m/

Fans
The main goal of this whole project is to expose the bands to new listeners and bring more people into enjoying live metal music. If you check out this compilation cd and hear bands you like: get up a group of friends and go to their shows! ! Feel free to copy this cd and give it to your friends. Many Fans have volunteered to make copies and pass them out.

Enclosed:
The download .zip contains all the Local Metal Band's tracks / Printable designs for the cover and track listing and a printable cd label all to correct size. If a band wishes, they can just sharpie (Carolina Metal Summer Sampler 2011) on blank cds for the most cost effective way of distributing. An announcer voice states the name of bands and track titles before each song so no one will be left in the dark without the printed inserts / labels.

Organized and brought to you by Jarrod Bryant, Josh Croom, and Matt Buchanan.
